Raymond Ward
Certified Master Inspector & Mold Assessor
Raymond Ward is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) with over 15 years of experience in Florida's home inspection and environmental testing industry. Based in South Florida, he has completed thousands of residential, commercial, and environmental inspections across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
As the owner of All Inspections 4U, Raymond's practice spans the full spectrum of property inspections — from standard home inspections and wind mitigations to mold assessments, indoor air quality testing, radon testing, and commercial property condition assessments. This breadth of field experience is what sets his training apart.
Raymond founded All Inspections Academy to share the practical, field-tested knowledge that new and experienced inspectors need to succeed. His courses go beyond textbook theory — they're built from real-world inspection experience across every inspection type and designed to make you a better, more confident inspector.
