Accessibility Statement

All Inspections 4U Academy, LLC is committed to making its online learning platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard widely used as the benchmark for digital accessibility.

Conformance status

Our customer-facing pages are substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Automated testing (axe-core) across our public pages returns no violations at the time of this statement, and we have implemented the accessibility features listed below. We describe our progress honestly — see "Known limitations" for the areas we are still verifying.

Accessibility features

• Captions on video lessons, generated from the lesson scripts and shown in a dedicated, high-contrast caption band.
• Keyboard operation throughout, including the video player (play/pause, seek, mute, fullscreen) and full keyboard navigation of forms and menus.
• Focus management in dialogs — keyboard focus is moved into modal dialogs and kept within them until they are dismissed.
• "Skip to main content" links on every page.
• Color contrast meeting the WCAG AA 4.5:1 minimum for body text, deliberately verified.
• Semantic structure (landmarks, headings) and descriptive labels for images, form fields, and controls, for screen-reader users.
• Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to small mobile screens.

Known limitations

We are honest about what is still in progress:

• Manual testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) is ongoing; if you encounter a barrier with assistive technology, please tell us.
• Some content uploaded by instructors (for example, course images) is reviewed for descriptive alternative text as it is published.
