Welcome to All Inspections 4U Academy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at allinspections4uacademy.com, creating an account, enrolling in courses, or registering for classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Account Registration
To access courses, assessments, and certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Course Enrollment & Access
Online Courses: Upon successful enrollment and payment (if applicable), you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational purposes. Course access does not expire for enrolled students, but we reserve the right to update or retire course content.
In-Person Classes: Registration for in-person classes is subject to availability. Class details (date, time, location) are provided at the time of registration. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes with reasonable notice and a full refund.
Free Courses: Free courses may be offered and withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for every transaction.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
4. Refund Policy
Online Courses: Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 50% of the course content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
In-Person Classes: Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class at our discretion.

5. Continuing Education (CE) Disclaimer
All Inspections 4U Academy, LLC is approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as a continuing education provider. However:
- CE credit is only awarded upon successful completion of the required assessment with a passing score
- It is the student's responsibility to verify that the course satisfies their specific CE requirements
- CE certificates are issued based on assessment results and are not guaranteed by enrollment alone
- We report CE completions to DBPR as required, but processing times are controlled by the state
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, assessments, website design, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of All Inspections 4U Academy, LLC or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
- Record, screenshot, or capture video lessons for redistribution
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
7. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the platform for legitimate educational purposes only
- Complete assessments honestly and without unauthorized assistance
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Violations may result in account suspension, course access revocation, and/or CE certificate invalidation.
8. Limitation of Liability
All Inspections 4U Academy, LLC provides educational content for informational and training purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any inspection outcomes, business decisions, or professional consequences resulting from information learned through our courses
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or class in question
- We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity, or third-party service outages that may temporarily affect access
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or business results from completing our courses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
