Refund Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026 · Questions? Contact us.
Our commitment
We want you to be confident enrolling in an All Inspections 4U Academy course or class. This policy explains when a purchase is eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how long it takes. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you buy — we're glad to help.
Online courses — the refund window
You may request a full refund of an online course at any time before you complete the course and your certificate is issued. Once you finish a course and your certificate of completion (including any CE certificate) has been issued, the enrollment has been fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a self‑service refund.
If you have a special circumstance, contact us — we review these case by case.
In‑person classes
Registrations for in‑person classes may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the class start time. Cancellations after that point, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by the Academy, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date.
How to request a refund
Sign in and open your account dashboard, find the course or class under your payments, and submit a refund request. You can also contact us and we'll start the request for you. We'll email you when your request is reviewed.
Partial refunds
In some situations we may issue a partial refund (for example, a pricing adjustment or a promotional correction). A partial refund leaves your access in place; a full refund removes access to the refunded course or class and voids any associated certificate.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a course or class is refunded in full, access to it is removed and any certificate issued for it is voided.
Payment problems, duplicate charges, and disputes
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or don't recognize a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it quickly. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank before contacting us may delay the outcome and will suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.
Questions
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For anything not covered here, reach us through the contact page — we're happy to help before or after you purchase.
